Shelbey has been with PPDC for over 10 years and has grown into her role as Regional Director through hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations. As part of the founding family, she brings a personal investment in the daycare’s continued success, along with a practical, team-focused approach that supports both staff and families.
